Project Overview

Appletree Apartments is a 103-unit multifamily residential development located in North Hills, California. HY Global was contracted to provide cabinetry, quartz countertop, and sink fabrication and installation services supporting this mid-density housing community.

The scope included production and installation of kitchen cabinetry, bathroom vanities, solid surface countertops, and plumbing fixture integration across multiple residential floor plans. The project required consistent material coordination to ensure finish continuity throughout the property.

Due to the compact site layout and phased construction sequencing, installation scheduling required close coordination with framing, plumbing, and finishing trades. HY Global supported efficient delivery planning and maintained installation quality while adapting to active construction workflow.
