Project Overview

HY Global has been contracted to provide residential cabinetry fabrication and installation services for 3030 Telegraph Apartments, a 144-unit multifamily residential development located in Berkeley, California. HY Global supports multifamily construction projects throughout California, including both Northern and Southern California markets.

The scope includes full kitchen cabinetry, bathroom vanities, and related residential cabinetry packages across multiple unit layouts. HY Global supports the project from shop drawings and fabrication through logistics coordination, delivery, and installation planning, maintaining consistent quality and production coordination across the development.

Working closely with the general contractor and project management team, HY Global is supporting efficient installation sequencing, dependable workmanship, and coordinated execution aligned with project scheduling requirements.
