Project Overview

HY Global completed cabinetry and quartz countertop fabrication and installation services for REH Western Apartments, a 200-unit affordable senior multifamily residential development located in Los Angeles, California. Delivered as a Prevailing Wage and publicly funded housing project, the scope required strict compliance with federal accessibility standards, ADA requirements, and California Building Code Chapters 11A and 11B.

The project included full kitchen cabinetry, bathroom vanities, and quartz countertop installation across multiple residential unit layouts, including mobility-accessible and communication-accessible housing units. HY Global supported the project from shop drawings and fabrication through logistics coordination, delivery, and final installation while maintaining consistent quality and compliance across accessible design requirements.

Working closely with the general contractor and on-site trades, HY Global supported efficient installation sequencing, clean workmanship, and dependable execution throughout all phases of construction. The project demonstrates HY Global’s experience supporting publicly funded, affordable housing, and accessibility-focused residential developments across California.
